Monday: 30ds week 2
Tues: afternoon yoga, 6 Mile run and 30ds
Weds: Morning yoga, Kickboxing and 30ds
Thurs: Morning yoga, 3 mile run and 5x200 swim, 30ds
Friday: afternoon yoga, 30ds
Saturday: 9 Mile run, 30ds
Sunday: Bike Ride~ 10miles
