HAPPY HUMP DAY!
Good morning beautiful people!
It’s POURING rain out here. V and I had to skip our 6 miler last night due to lightning. Rain doesn’t stop us but lightning will. However, we did complete our second day of the 30 day shred last night. This workout kicks ass! It’s very doable and I’m confident with the correct eating habits it can be very successful. I’d say besides running, it’s my most productive 30 minutes during the day.
My goal this week is to focus on portion control. I’ve been choosing the right foods but I’ve found that I tend to eat more than necessary. Just because I’m eating healthy doesn’t mean I should shovel it in!! I will be having six SMALL meals a day. I did forget my morning snack so I’ll have to fit that in before lunch.
WEIGH IN WEDNESDAY: 136lbs
START WEIGHT: 138lbs
GOAL WEIGHT: 110lbs
I feel like I have soooooo far to go. Blah. I’ll just keep trucking. I think I’ll cut down on carbs and focus more on lean protein and veggies.
