Wednesday: AM Yoga, Kickboxing & 30 day shred day 3 with Jess
Thursday: AM Yoga, 2 mile run and weights at the Gym, 30 day shred day 4
Friday: AM Yoga, 30 day shred day 5
Saturday: AUSTIN! 6~8 mile run
Sunday: Bike Ride with Angela & Jess
