Yummy Tidbit
I normally have 2 protein shakes a day. One in the morning and one directly after my workout (which is usually at night).
So, this morning I realized I didn’t have any milk. AH! I know that sometimes water is an option but the thought of water and vanilla powder just makes me gag. Anyway, on the back of the whey container it said to mix with juice. Well, that got the ‘ole wheels turning. I opened my fridge and found my always faithful pitcher of Crystal Light ‘strawberry orange banana’ flavor. So, I eagerly blended 8oz of Crystal light with one scoop of vanilla whey and VIOLA! A delicious creamsicle tasting protein drink for my drive to work. Seriously, delicious.
