Finally posting…
Hey all,
I’ve been bad and haven’t posted in a while. I’ve been trying to write down my foods but i just forget because I’ve actually done really well eating.
Yoga has been getting a lot more fun because I’m getting much better. The moves are super challenging and I’m determined to master them all. :)
V and I ran an easy two miles tonight. Both of us were feeling the break that we took after our marathons. I’m making it a priority of working running back into my workout. It will be better when it’s warmer and the sun is out longer. :(
So far I’ve lost 2 pounds this week (the healthy way!). V will have to check in with her progress :). I’ve learned everything in moderation. Tomorrow we’re going to a wine happy hour for the Young Professionals of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. It should be fun! Dinner after that. I promise to post pics on what we eat.
All the recipes I’ve posted will be made and I’ll be sure and keep everyone updated on how they turn out. Things have been so hectic lately!
