I’m patting myself on the back for today!
Breakfast:
1 cup of coffee and 1 Kashi blueberry waffle (plain)
Lunch:
Ahi Tuna tower (estimate 400 calories) at The Fish
Dinner:
1 smoothie: scoop of almond butter, 6oz almond milk, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 prune, dash of cinnamon to taste
1 La Tortilla whole wheat tortilla with 2 large eggs (egg beaters)
Snack: 1 cup of coffee :)...
Motivation
