Yummy Tidbit
I normally have 2 protein shakes a day. One in the morning and one directly after my workout (which is usually at night).
So, this morning I realized I didn’t have any milk. AH! I know that sometimes water is an option but the thought of water and vanilla powder just makes me gag. Anyway, on the back of the whey container it said to mix with juice. Well, that got the ‘ole wheels...
